Terms and Conditions

NTS Live Ltd (NTS) is providing an opportunity for NTS Supporters worldwide to make financial contributions to NTS, to make NTS a more sustainable, open and financially robust company.

NTS Supporters will receive NTS benefits in exchange for their support contributions. These benefits include discounts on full price NTS goods, except for charitable fundraising products and certain limited collaborations as required by our partners, and enhanced tracklist information on the live radio channels, archive radio episodes and a regular NTS newsletter. These benefits are subject to change based on the feedback we receive from NTS Supporters and what is or isn’t allowed within the constraints of our music licensing agreements.

Money raised through NTS Supporters contribute to the costs of the NTS benefits and running the company: music licensing; financial remuneration for Resident DJs; and station running costs including staffing, promotion, rents and equipment.

Each contribution made through NTS Supporters (after tax and payment fees) will be split 50/50 between NTS and NTS Residents. NTS Residents will be paid annually based on the number of hours of radio they make in that year.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NTS and each Supporter, including the terms on which Supporter contributions may be accepted, refused, or returned by NTS. NTS Supporter contributions will be accepted in the form of an annual payment, or recurring monthly payments made directly to NTS.

1. Agreement

By making a contribution, an NTS Supporter agrees and acknowledges that:

The contribution is provided to NTS as an irrevocable gift.

The contribution will be used by NTS to support NTS benefits and the running of NTS.

The contribution is made subject to these Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the Supporter and NTS

2. Monthly Contribution Payments

You agree to pay your selected contribution amount on a rolling monthly basis.

Payment for your recurring contribution can be made by credit or debit card, or by ApplePay, or by Google Pay, or PayPal.

Your payments will be taken on a rolling basis and your recurring contribution will continue unless you cancel your NTS Supporters subscription via the MY NTS section of the app or site. To cancel a subscription that you set up through the App Store, please go to your account in the App Store, and manage your NTS supporters subscription there. Your payment may also be cancelled by NTS as outlined in section 6 (Refunds and Cancellations) section.

App Store users can choose to change the amount you contribute to NTS each month by visiting the Subscription section of your App Store account; the change will take effect in your next billing cycle.

NTS may increase the minimum subscription price. If this change affects you, you will be notified via email at least 1 month before the price increase takes effect. You will have the opportunity to manually cancel your subscription at this point. If you do not cancel your NTS Supporter subscription at this point, your next NTS Supporter payment will be billed at the increased rate.

3. Annual Contribution Payments

You agree to pay your selected contribution amount in a one-off yearly basis.

Payments for annual contributions can be made by credit or debit card, or by ApplePay, or by Google Pay, or PayPal.

Your NTS Supporter subscription will renew annually and your payment will be taken on an annual basis unless you cancel or amend your contribution in the MY NTS section of the app or site. To cancel a subscription that you set up through the App Store, please go to your account in your App Store, and manage your NTS supporters subscription there. Your payment may also be cancelled by NTS as outlined in section 6 (Refunds and Cancellations) section.

4. Conditions

Contributions will be accepted from individuals as well as any other legal entities.

Contributors who are individuals must be aged 18 or over.

5. Administration of Contributions

Each donation will be individually refundable, and will be accounted for separately by NTS.

From the moment the contribution is processed, NTS will be legally and beneficially entitled to the full amount of the contribution and the contributor has no entitlement to the return of a contribution in any circumstances other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The contributor shall receive no benefit in return for any contribution and shall have no rights to influence the programming or other policies at NTS.

Contributions to NTS are not charitable donations.

6. Refunds and Cancellation of Contributions

NTS reserves the right to refuse and return any contribution if we believe that accepting the contribution would conflict with the mission, values or interests of NTS.

NTS Supporters are entitled to receive a refund of their contribution for up to 14 days after receipt of payment by submitting a ticket via the NTS Support Portal.

Any refused or refunded contributions will be repaid into the account from which the contribution was made.

Recurring contributions can be cancelled at any time in the My NTS section of our app and site.

9. Exclusion of Liability

Neither NTS nor any affiliated person, employee, agent, officer or director shall be liable for any loss suffered by any NTS Supporter or other person arising out of or in connection with a contribution to NTS Supporters, whether direct or indirect, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, except in respect of any liability for death or personal injury or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
