This variety of Soukous was made in Nigeria by Africans from Cameroun, Congo, Central African Republic, Kenya.., for Nigerian labels to be marketed to Africans. Festac, the 2nd World Black and African Festival of Arts and Culture was a rallying event, a Wakanda moment and Soukous was the soundtrack. Everybody loves Soukous.
