Rich & Johnny's Inzane Michigan - The forgotten psychedelic Del Shannon LP
By 1968, Michigan legend Del Shannon was already considered a rock ’n roll relic of the past. Problem is, at that time, he was recording some of his best, most ambitious work. This episode plays his brilliant LP in full: “The Further Adventures of Charles Westover.” Rounding out the hour are a few bonus tracks from Del’s oft-overlooked trippy era.
