One of the brightest torchbearers of Brazil's Tropicália movement, vocalist Gal Costa has become a longstanding icon of Brazil's musical canon. Since the early 1960s, Costa has worked with many other giants in Brazilian music, including Gilberto Gil aand Caetano Veloso.
