    Make us a mix for those big-feeling days, weeks, or years. Interpret the theme however you choose - from sad boy rap to opera's deepest cuts; and slowcore jams to crying in the club... we want to hear the music that gets you through it.

  2. MAKE YOUR MIX

    From Blues and Portuguese Fado to Drill and Dark Ambient, all styles are welcome. We love to be surprised and inspired by your taste - just keep your mix to 60 minutes.

  3. SEND US YOUR MIX

    Submit your mix by 23:59 GMT on 1st November 2026 for review by the NTS programming team. The Supporter who submits the most original mix will be invited back to host a guest show.

  4. HEAR IT ON NTS

    A selection of Sad mixes will be broadcast live and archived on NTS throughout December and January.
