There are more than one artist using this name. It's including a trance project by Jörn Elling Wuttke & Kay Praag and still-active hardcore band from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia since 1998.

1) Rebel Youth is hardcore band from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The band was formed in November 9, 1998 by Rama Wirawan (drummer), Ari Pongex (vocal), Roy Adam (guitar) and Fanny (bass). Later, when Ari and Fanny were resigned from the band, the vocal position was filled by Cok Rahma (which is the last man standing from the classic lineup for the band until now) and the bass position was filled by Dedix. This lineup was participated to the ”For The Truth” compilation album in 1999, distributed by Youth Front Line (YFL) records, Malang. In 2000, Rama was resigned from the band just because he had to moved to Jakarta for continue his education (later in 2005 he formed a hardcore punk/powerviolence band Bahasa Bayi in Jakarta). These changes lead to instability on Rebel Youth's body until they finally decide to vacuum while. In 2002, the band continue their struggle with new line up: vocalist Cok Rahma, guitarist Dedix, guitarist Yoges (R.I.P. -- but in 2000s had formed metalcore band Reppen with his wife Risna who has died too), bassist Lex, and drummer Toto. This lineup producing a full-length album, Hampa. The album was reproduced as many as 250 pieces in 2004. Within the next, few personnels of Rebel Youth Dedix, Yoges, and Toto had to get out because of business in the curriculum of college and work as well. And then the band changed the concept to the new school hardcore which has created 10 songs, including: "Born To Revolt", "Rebel For Life", "Musnah", "Kehancuran", "Moral Bejat", "Kepedihan", "Indonesia Menghitam", "True Your Self", "Perubahan" and "Tears of Regret".
