The Weasels were a Los Angeles punk band who formed sometime in 1977. Their sound was that of punk mixed with elements of hard rock/metal. Members included Mike Brophy (vocals), Greg Durschlag (guitar), Richard Sakai (bass) and Jim Connelly (drums). The band released one single in 1978 called "Beat Her with a Rake b/w I'm the Commander" on Siamese records.
