Phenom is the rising star out of the cast of underground rappers found on Joe Budden's forum's. With his slick punchlines & immaculate multi's, his lyrical prowess is unmatched by the likes of fellow JBTV rappers. The only thing greater than his music is his post count. Currently he is on a hiatus from rapping but he will be back sooner than later. People with that type of talent don't let it go to waste.
