You may know Fede as the drummer and percussionist for Chancha Via Circuito's live band, having made a reputation around the world for his rhythmic virtuosity and trademark broken beats.
Following "Hologramas the captivating opening track on Shika Shika's "Mare Insularum" compilation. "De aquí hasta aqui" is Fede's first full- length release. On it he shares with us his complex, poly-rhythmic universe through nine tracks uniting his own South American origins, with African rhythms and featuring collaborations with Rodrigo Gallardo, Pablo Paz, Wen, Manu Quintana, Klik & Frik and Chancha via Circuito. Now, the Argentinian Federico Estévez shows that his universe goes much further with the release of his debut solo album.
