Noporn

Noporn

Noporn has been played on NTS shows including Gabi, with Maiô da Mulher Maravilha first played on 22 February 2020.

Brazilian duo formed by singer Liana Padilha and producer Luca Lauri. They make electronic music, they talk about sex, love, fashion, pain, fear and life in a big city.

Two small nightclubs in São Paulo - Brazil watched the delivery of NoPorn. It was Liana Padilha making vocal interferences behind the sound desk, almost shy, while Luca Lauri; focused, serious, released electronic beats at Supperclub and then at the legendary Xingu. The dance floor got down. At the clubs and parties where they played as djs the most crucial moment was always the live. The duo was loosening up more and more, they were getting more confident about their performance (and to be honest, also more sardonic). The dance floor was getting down even more. Then the invitation for making an album came. The producer Dudu Marote plugged all channels of his studio and brain for the final necessary details to turn into an album what had been having success on the dance floor of many places in Brazil. It was NoPorn growing up. During the album producing process, NoPorn's first track was released: Ctrl+Alt+Del, which was already a hit, sang like a choir on the dance floors both in São Paulo and Rio, was released in the first compilation of Brazilian electro, the MTV Amp ElectroBreaks. The track that mixes technology with sex introduced the album. ("control my desire delete my pain control alt my fire…"). It was NoPorn starting to have its own life. A process that has just been completed.
