Disco Vumbi has been played on NTS in shows including ANTCONSTANTINO, featured first on 4 October 2019. Songs played include Didi At Night, Disco Boutiq and Jo-ducuroma roma.

Disco Vumbi is the project of Kenyan artist Alai K. His debut "Boutiq Electroniq" was released in 2016 on Nyege Nyege Tapes. It was produced during his residency with Boutiq Foundation in Kampala, and features Ugandan instrumentalists Martin Juicy Fonkodi and Nilotica Drum Ensemble. In 218 he released the EP "Wilobo Man" on Nyege Nyege's subsidiary label Hakuna Kulala.
