7thSoul has been played on NTS shows including Michelle's Club Hour, with Loveletters first played on 1 December 2018.

7thSoul is an instrumental artist in genres ranging from hip hop to jazz to neo-soul. He was born in Hayward, CA and has lived in the Bay Area his entire life. His musical interest began in elementary school, where he played in a multitude of bands and ensembles until high school when he began playing the electric bass in the school's jazz band. It was not until early 2013 that he began producing instrumental beats of his own. 7thSoul takes heavy influences from late 90's / early 2000's RnB/ Soul, as well as from South American/Latin music and Jazz from all time periods. Alongside being an audio artist, he is also a visual artist, drawing much influence from colors and moods that images and scenarios provide.
