Rose City Band has been played on NTS in shows including The Do!! You!!! Breakfast Show w/ Charlie Bones, featured first on 11 April 2019. Songs played include Empty Bottles, Fear Song and Rivers of Mind.

Rose City Band is a psychedelic country jam band. Their self-titled first album was released in 2019 in limited quantity and quickly sold out, and subsequently reissued. Ripley Johnson, guitarist and singer for Wooden Shjips and Moon Duo, admitted in an interview that the recording is mostly him on various instruments, aided by a circle of friends. Summerlong, their second album, was released in June, 2020.
