There are multiple musical acts with this name.
1) The Sheep are a Vietnamese group formed in 2016 by Hoàng Thống and Trang Hàn. Vĩnh Thịnh is officially introduced as the third member in April 2020.
2) The Sheep (formerly Karitsat) is a american christian folk band from the 70s. The catch was that the band was entirely formed out of finnish immigrants and the songs were sung in a rather amusing finglish accent.
3) The Sheep are a Dutch band from Hoeksche Waard (near Rotterdam). They started in 2005. All three bandmembers have blond curly hair, and this explains their band's name.
They characterize their music as retro rock&roll, and name the late sixties MOD bands as biggest influence. They heavily use a Hammond organ.
In 2008 their first EP was released: "Are on the Grass".
4) The Sheep were a group in the 1960s who released "Hide and Seek" b/w "Twelve Months Later" in 1966. They took their name from a fabricated backstory that traced the band's roots to an Australian sheep farm. Members, including Richard Gottehrer, went on to greater success in The Strangeloves.
