Mr G has been played on NTS in shows including Ben Sims Presents: Run It Red, featured first on 22 September 2018. Songs played include Need You (Mr. G's Jaded Dub).

Very briefly… Mr G is one of the main characters in popular Australian comedy mockumentary TV show Summer Heights High. As something of a self appointed head of drama at the fictional school the show is named for, he directs a bunch of school kids in a musical he wrote himself. The main song which is shown in the performance of the musical on the show, Naughty Girl, was made into a single, with various remixes created, having radio time.

Mr G is also a pseudonym for Colin McBean, one half of The Advent with Cisco Ferreira. The pair released one album and several EPs between 1997 and 2000 as G Flame & Mr G. In contrast to the uncompromising techno of The Advent, G Flame & Mr G's music was housier - although it's still not for the faint-hearted and is squarely aimed at the dancefloor. Mr G has continued to release solo material in the same mould since 2000, including an album called Me, Myself & I and numerous EPs.
