Quark Kent has been played on NTS shows including Soup To Nuts w/ Ruf Dug, with you me and the moon first played on 23 October 2018.

Quark Kent (Giv Parvaneh) is an Australian-based electronic music artist. He has been creating and releasing music since 1996 with 4 LP releases and several remixes under his belt. He also appears on several music compilations.

He first appeard on the scene playing at Frigid night club, a weekly electronic music venue in Sydney Australia organised by Sub Bass Snarl. In 2000 he was nominated as the best debut artist at the Dance Music Awards (DMA). But sadly, the award went to Madison Avenue.

Giv Parvaneh continues to create music under the Quark Kent alias but he is also involved in several other projects such as writing film scores and colaborating in other music projects with Southern Outpost (Record Label).
