Walter Merlin Jones (not to be confused with Walt J from Detroit on Dow Records) has been composing music since 1977, and editing mixes since 1983. He has worked with various artists with their music for the past 25 years. When he started recording his own music, he released his first record in 2003. He has been on various labels such as DFA, Westbound, Supersoul, Cisco/Stevier, HAKT, Permanent Vacation, Under the Shade, ect.
