There are at least four groups call Mark IV and two with article The Mark IV.. Most common are:

1) Rhythm and blues / Soul quartett in the 60's and 70's. They are: Jimmy Ponder, Walter Moreland, "Lucky" Antomattei and Lawrence Jones. They record only one LP release Mark IV on Mercury.

2) Garage Rock ´60 Formed 1964, Poughkeepsie, NY, United States Disbanded 1968 Members Edward Gilroy (bass guitar), Jimmy "JJ" Marino (rhythm guitar, 1964-66, ?-1968), John Ackert (lead guitar, organ), Emory Ruger (drums), Butch Loreto (rhythm guitar, 1966-68), Rae Ann Panzera (vocals)
