Maciej Obara Trio appeared in the year 2003 and it includes musicians from the RGG Trio. Their music is inspired by the works of Charlie Parker, Theleonius Monk, John Coltrane, Miles Davis and of the contemporary musicians such as Ornette Coleman, Antoine Roney, Tomasz Stanko or Anders Jormin.
