Jay Ray has been played on NTS shows including Party Socks w/ Minus Kendal, with Activated (Atomizer Remix) first played on 22 July 2018.

Jay Ray (Also known as Joni Säde) is known as a vocalist, solo artist, producer and remixer from Finland. He has multiple singles and remixes out with one full-length album Self-Resonance

His first single is called Crucial Fracture His second is called "The Great Art of Living. More can be found on his youtube channel .

His solo project started in 2012 after leaving his previous band, Mysore. Since then he has won several FiXT Remix completions (1st place in Adam Lambert & J. Scott G's "Live The Life" contest and 2nd place in Celldweller's "I Can't Wait" competition). He also won Serj Tankian's remix contest for "Figure It Out". Tankian chose the winner himself, from the hundreds of participants.

Jay Ray has also written music for the video game soundtracks to Wreckfest, SCUM, Demolition Derby 3 and FitXR. In addition he has writing a song and music video with Jimmie Strimell of Nightrage and Dead by April fame, Marko Saaresto of Poets of the Fall, Paul Udarov and Entropy Zero to name a few.

In 2020 Jay was taken by a rather pleasant surprise when his song '137' was featured in the hit commercial made by Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds.
