SAFE, also known as Saif Musaad or BANDO, is a singer and songwriter from Toronto, Ontario. Saif was born on 30 January 1997 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, however his Eritrean family immigrated to Toronto when he was two months old. SAFE is quickly emerging as a leader of the new wave of the Toronto hip-hop scene. In 2015 he came into the public eye with his hit song titled, Feel. Following its success he released his first EP, Stay Down. In May 2019, SAFE released his debut studio album Stay. In January 2022, SAFE released his second studio album Get Home SAFE (Part 1).
