Principal Edwards Magic Theatre has been played on NTS in shows including Mark Leckey, featured first on 16 May 2018. Songs played include The Asmoto Running Band (Hou'Amih), Further Asmoto Celebration and Lament For The Earth.

Principal Edwards Magic Theatre was a progressive rock band which incorporated elements of psychedelia and the British Folk Revival. They released 3 albums: Soundtrack (1969) and The Astmoto Running Band (1971) on John Peel's Dandelion label, and Round One (1974) on Deram. Peel produced the band's first album; Nick Mason (Pink Floyd) produced their 2nd and 3rd releases. In 1995 Soundtrack and The Astmoto Running Band were reissued on See For Miles Records.
