Da Grassroots are a production team hailing from Toronto and consists of members Mr. Attic, Swift and Mr. Murray. They demonstrate a post-mecca and the soul brother, jazzy styled beat, similar to Pete Rock and Jay Dee. Their main release is the LP Passage Through Time (1999), which brings together resident Mc's such as Choclair, Saukrates, Q-Bot, Arcee, K-OS, Thrust, Ghetto Concept, G-Knight, Marvel, Mr. Roam from the plant, Remy Rezzin', Schizm, Cryp2nite, Fatski, Elemental and Dj S.O.S…….just to name a few.
