"Sonny" Chillingworth aka "The Waimea Cowboy" was born Edwin Bradfield Liloa Chillingworth, Jr. on July 14, 1932 on Oahu, Hawaii and died from cancer, aged 62, on August 24, 1994 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
