Lau Nau has been played over 10 times on NTS, first on 30 November 2015. Lau Nau's music has been featured on 11 episodes.

Lau Nau is Finnish composer, producer and musician Laura Naukkarinen (born 1980 in Helsinki). She also plays in IAX and was a member of free improv and psychedelic folk bands Kiila, Päivänsäde, The Anaksimandros, Avarus, Maailma, and Hertta Lussu Ässä.

Besides of composing and producing her own albums, Lau Nau accompanies silent films live and composes music for feature films, theatre plays, dance and sound installations. Her instrumentation ranges from everyday objects to classical instruments and analog synthesizers.

Lau Nau’s debut album was released by the Chicago-based label Locust.

She works wih musicians Jonna Karanka, Merja Kokkonen, Pekko Käppi, Michael Northam, Tomas Regan and Antti Tolvi, who have performed on the records or in the live shows.
