Lebanese garage psych band 1962 - 1968. Gained considerable fame in Lebanon and the Arab Countries as the first rock band to come out of the Middle East. Richard Howes, a friend of the band whose mother was Lebanese and father English, helped the band get a recording contract with Decca. The band left Beirut for London in August 1967, releasing records on Decca 67-68. The band disbanded in August 1968; Joe, Al and Ray went back to live in Lebanon, Zad remained in London, became a UK Citizen in 1974 and remained living in the UK to this date 2008. Zad = Zouhair Tourmoche (Drummer) Joe = Joseph Shehadeh (Rhythm/Guitar/Harmony + Lead Vocal) Al = Albert Haddad (Lead Guitarist) Ray = Raymond Azoury (Bass Guitar/Harmony + Lead Vocal)
