Rhonda Clark (born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Flint, Michigan) is a female R&B singer, songwriter, producer, and composer. In 1989, Rhonda released her debut album, "Between Friends" on Tabu Records which peaked at #69 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart.
