Dj Eric Ross is one of America's Top Producer/DJ's. Eric has been able to take a blend of Global Sounds that consist of the basic…House, Tribal, and Funk sounds to create an energy that just makes you want to Groove all night long. Born in Pittsburgh, PA; Eric Ross was active in the Florida club/rave promotions and DJing in the late 80’s and early 90’s. After a stint @ Loyola University and graduating in 1997,Eric Ross returned to DJing in Chicago with a string of appearances at Chicago landmarks like Karma, Crobar, Zentra, Transit, Butterfield 8, Narcisse, as well as major cities like NYC, LA, Miami and London.

Kimball Collins introduced Eric Ross to the decks in 1988. He was part of the global underground movement that has reached every corner of the earth. With Kimball Collins as his mentor, Eric was able to observe the second British Invasion. This Blitz of DJ talent included the likes of Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Digweed, Dave Seaman, and American counterparts Kimball Collins, DJ Icey, and Chris Fortier. The exposure to this level of talent so early, coupled with his array of musical influences ranging from Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, Afrika Bambaata, to the Happy Mondays and Utah Saints have propelled Eric Ross to pursue his primary passion; music and DJing.

Eric Ross teamed up with House Legend Sombionx to produce the record titled "Dr. Feels Good". Upon it's release in September of 2003, the record has been charted in the HOUSE and TECH HOUSE charts. It has been given support by such people as DJ Mazi, Plastic Fantastic, etc. On 12.07.02 he became part of Perfecto history in Chicago. Paul Oakenfold, Hernan Cattaneo, Chris Walsh, and resident Eric Ross performed at Narcisse, one of the cities’ most intimate champagne/caviar lounges. The event was a triumphant success with the crowd-moving non-stop throughout this illustrious setting.

On October 9th of 2003, ERIC ROSS played the famous PLAYBOY MANSION alongside the band COLD. He continued to play the Manison for the following 4 years along side friends DJ MEA and Trent Cantrel. Eric has now joined the ranks of those such as Dimitri From Paris who had graced the PLAYBOY poolside parties. Currently, Eric has been under a tight production schedual with releases under System Recordings, Open Bar Music, and countless others.

Coming off a mini tour with Steve Lawler, Audiofly, Matthias in Mexico, Eric has relaunched his label SonIQuarium, with a new look and a new passion.
