Extra Ball was born in January 1974 in a club Pod Jaszczurami in Cracow. The first line-up consisted of Jarosław Śmietana - guitar, leader, Władysław Sendecki - electric piano, Jan Cichy - bass guitar and Benedykt Radecki - drums.
