Matt Robertson is a Composer, synthisist, and producer, working with a collection of vintage, modern and DIY synths, and combining electronic music production with classical composition and cinematic sound scapes. Artists, producers and film composers alike seek his enveloping and distinct sound. His skills are as diverse as the artists he works with; musical director for Björk and The Cinematic Orchestra, synth work for Emiliana Torini, The Prodigy, and Steven Price (Gravity, The Worlds End), compositions for the Tate artist web series and painter Darvish Fakir’s multimedia piece Palimpsest for Edge of Arabia, orchestrations for Bat for Lashes and Marius de Vries (Kickass, Moulin Rouge), and production for Manu Delago (album on Tru Thoughts)
