A Primary Industry has been played on NTS in shows including SIREN, featured first on 17 April 2016. Songs played include Perversion, Bled Dry and At Gunpoint.

An industrial avant-funk group started in 1984. The first song released by A Primary Industry was "Perversion" on Life at the Top included with Issue 4 of Abstract Magazine from 1984. They became later Ultramarine.
