Gulls is the electronic project of Portland, Oregon, musician Jesse Munro Johnson formerly of O Bruxo. Gulls is a small lo-fi surf rock/pop outfit formed in Somerville, Massachusetts. Though, originally formed in 2009 with founding members Aaron Rattoff, Alex Caplow, Garrett Gilmore, and Luke Pyenson, the musical project was put on hold until mid 2011.
