Old Apparatus hosted a guest show on 17 May 2013. Old Apparatus has been played on NTS in shows including The Wire Magazine Present Rewired, featured first on 9 September 2012. Songs played include Chicago, Black Mist (Old Apparatus Remix) and Zimmer.

Old Apparatus was an enigmatic East London duo consisting of LTO and Asher Levitas. Between 2011 and 2013 they released 8 EPs of abstract sound with deep, fuzzed-out bass lines, crackling static ambience and ominous Burial-like rimshots. Their first two were on Mala’s Deep Medi Musik label, home of serious bass-heavy sound system music, after which they formed their own label called Sullen Tone. After releasing the compilation album Compendium in 2013, both artists went solo.
