SHDW has been played on NTS in shows including Ectotherm, featured first on 17 December 2015. Songs played include Die Geliebte des Anderen, Nachtblende (James Ruskin Version) and Die Macht Des Schicksals (Inland Version).

Marco Blaesi, better known as SHDW and his studio partner Obscure Shape founded From Another Mind in April of 2014, a party which brought their favorite artists to their hometown Stuttgart. Of course the natural progression from promoting a successful clubnight is founding an imprint that carries the night´s ideals on to the decks of likeminded DJs, and so the first From Another Mind record was released in 2015, a stellar debut for both the label and its producers. The “Nachtblende EP“ gained wide acclaim throughout the Techno community, with the tracks recieving support from scene stalwarts, bloggers and critics alike.

SHDW´s DJing fuses oldschool influences of Acid, Rave and EBM with the dramatic Techno sound one can hear on the FAM records. He is equally comfortable with the first, the last or the peak slot of a night, thus making him a universal party weapon. Though young at age, his record collection demonstrates musical knowledge some veterans can only hope to gain and he swiftly but thoughtfully moves through different periods of electronic music in his sets.

This year the pair will release the third EP on From Another Mind, along with a remix package including previous guests from their Stuttgart and Munich nights. SHDW & Obscure Shape will also be on remix duty: Dynamic Reflection and Soma comissioned reinterpretations for Abstract Division and Monoloc, respectively.
