Middlefield has been played on NTS shows including Casual Play w/ SpiÑorita, with Haze (Ambient Rework) first played on 19 July 2014.

Middlefield is a post-hardcore quartet from the bay area, specifically Palo Alto, CA. Formed on a dark, stormy night sometime in 2008 on Middlefield Road, the band consists of Sai Boddupalli (formerly of Hella Original) on guitar and vocals, Ryan Coe on drums, Chris Campbell on lead guitar, and Sebastian Milla on bass. All the members have quite different musical tastes, each bringing their own style to the band. This leads to a unique sound that is uncommon in the stale, overproduced sounds of current mainstream music.
