Beat Movement has been played on NTS in shows including Ben Sims Presents: Run It Red, featured first on 21 September 2015. Songs played include Linea/Rotta, The Day After and Veritas.

Beat Movement is a duo based in Berlin composed by Mattia Prete & Simone Scardino. In the beginning of their musical journey their style was heavily inspired by the sound of the 90s with fast grooves made for the dancefloor. The decision to open up to new and more abstract electronic experiments was quickly made when they moved from Rome to Berlin. Aside from producing and djing, the young duo manages two music labels that are respectively specialised in techno and electronic jazz.
