Raymond Kane has been played on NTS shows including Aloha Got Soul Presents: Home Grown, with Wai O Ke Aniani first played on 23 September 2015.

Raymond Kane was one of the 1st Slack Key artists along with Gabby Pahinui. Hey was a big influence in the teaching of slack key playing to which many new and up and coming younger musicians have followed. Raymond Kane recently passed away in 2006.
