Cosmetics has been played on NTS in shows including The Reign Set , featured first on 6 September 2015. Songs played include Pillow Talk, Ask Her and Tell Me (Alt Version).

Cosmetics were a duo from Vancouver, Canada consisting of Aja Emma (vocals) and Nic M. (synth). They formed in summer 2008, and in 2009 put together the TUFF TRAX home studio. Using simple rhythm, analog synthesizers and voice, they spent every night very slowly making tracks. Their sounds was electronic music played by hand… ice cold with human emotion.

In 2010, they released two EPs for the Brooklyn label Captured Tracks, "Sleepwalking" and "Soft Skin". Some time after the 2013 compilation "Olympia …Plus" the duo decided to change their name to Heaven, releasing their debut EP "Lonesome Time" under that name for the Italians Do It Better label in 2017. In 2023, they released another album titled "Baby" under their former artist name Cosmetics.

Cosmetics is a groundbreaking electronica project bred in Costa Rican soils uniquely blending the elements of pioneer sound and the urban scene of San Jose. Stylistically, Cosmetics is characterized by melodic music with tearing out basslines and a distortion of reality aimed towards the blurring of dancefloor limits. Pushing eardrum boundaries with pounding original beats they achieve a fresh but slightly dark electronic sound. Currently, Cosmetics is based in New York City in the development of new material and arranging the final details on their forthcoming release on Sanguine Recordings.

Austrian Synth pop and New Wave band, formed 1980 by members of Ffun and Gorilla Gang. Awarded most successful Austrian Band 1981 by the 'Rennbahn-Express' music magazine, leaving by then biggest New Wave band Chuzpe behind. Disbanded in 1982.

Cosmetics were a UK power-pop/punk band signed to the major label Virgin Records.
