Tanuki has been played on NTS shows including NON STOP POP, with BabyBabyの夢 first played on 11 November 2014.

Two artists share the name Tanuki.

1) TANUKI is a 19 year old UK based artist/DJ who has now been producing electronic music for a little over a year. Having Started playing guitar when he was 14, he mainly focused on Heavy Metal. However, a year later a friend of his let him hear one of DJ Sharpnel's tracks, which then introduced him to J-Core and electronic music in general - he has been hooked ever since. He was then introduced to the hard hitting sounds of UK Hardcore through JAKAZiD, Fracus, Orbit1 etc. who all appeared on the "Enigmatic LIA 3" CD. Since he started producing in September 2009 he has already had a fair share of his tracks signed to music labels and has been on various CD releases such as the well-known "Enigmatic LIA", "BPT" and "JCM" compilations. He has also gone on to produce Drum and Bass tracks under the alias Dil.

2) Tanuki (Styled in lowercase as opposed to TANUKI the artist/DJ) is the continuation of the post-hardcore Tanooki Suit music project now lead solo by Aleksander Kmiec after the departure of Tony Langone.
