Bingy Bunny has been played on NTS in shows including Asher G's Caribbean Memories, featured first on 3 September 2015. Songs played include Ordinary Version, Mr. Parker's Daughter and Salaam (Peace).

The gifted singer/guitarist Eric 'Bingy Bunny' Lamont (1956-1993) started his career in the seventies as part of Bongo Herman & Bingy Bunny before he joined The Morwells to sing lead. Then he became the rhythm guitarist for Roots Radics, The most important and trendsetting reggae band in the eighties. During his Roots Radics' years he also released several solo albums as a singer and worked for On U sound's Dub Syndicate collective.
