NSM (aka New Sector Movements & IG Culture), is a London, UK musician & performer - best known as a pioneer in the broken beat movement. He first became known as a member of, hip-hop duo, Dodge City Productions, in 1990. After the demise of that outfit, he founded an independent record label One Drop Interouter, which released four albums. Later, he worked with the 'People' & founded the 'Main Squeeze' labels.

Culture founded the New Sector Movements featuring a number of broken beat artists. His production features rhythms and hybrids of several musical styles such as jazz-fusion, funk and soul. In 2001, New Sector Movements released Download This through Virgin Records. An EP No Tricks preceded the release of Download This. In 2004, a second album from the New Sector Movement Turn It Up credited to NSM.
