Derek Rogers (b. 4 September 1980) is a musician active in electronic composition, drone, free-improv, ambient, and noise textures. He utilizes computer processes as well as traditional instrumentation and field recordings to create emotionally resonant work, tending toward long forms and soundscapes.

His discography includes over 40 cassette and CD-R releases since 2008 on labels including Umor Rex, Kendra Steiner Editions, and Bathetic Records. In 2012 he released his first vinyl LP, Saturations, on Greenup Industries.

He also collaborates with Lee Noble as a duo called Circuit Rider. ("Derek Rogers and Lee Noble are two of the most interesting experimental musicians working today." —Marc Masters, Pitchfork, 2013)

He cites Christian Fennesz and William Basinski as important influences.
