‘Nasciuti’s swells and shimmers were imbued with a richness of timbre and concealed harmony, always in flux. The piece had that slightly Arabic quality that to me always sounds like magic, and assisted by a few carefully placed narrative elements (the sound of footsteps on gravel) it seemed of speak of an innocent curiosity, like a child in awe of the things most of us call mundane’. Sam Ludford on ‘Mirror’ performed at Power Lunches

‘Luca Nasciuti’s beautiful palindromic soundscape, performed surrounded by large packing boxes recalled the electronic drone music of artists such as Jacob Kirkegaard and Ben Frost. However, Nasciuti’s source—the recorded silences of empty or deconsecrated churches—lent the piece a structural integrity all of its own. This is sound art of a distinctive character’. Jonathan Gilhooly on Pan~ performed at Atomino Festival
