NOISE project runs by Neil Campbell hymself, who is a british musician notable for his vast catalogue and his many collaborations with artists such as Campbell Kneale (a.k.a. Birchville Cat Motel), Richard Youngs and Matthew Bower (of Sunroof! and Skullflower).
