Tickley Feather is American lo-fi gothic musician Annie Sachs (born in 1979 in Richmond, Virginia) currently based in Philadelphia.

Sachs is a four-track recording hobbyist whose recordings have been compared to work by artists such as Syd Barrett, Kate Bush, and Gilli Smith. She writes and records her own music as part of time spent at home as a single mother.
