Dick Raaijmakers has been played on NTS in shows including The Wire Magazine Present Rewired, featured first on 31 January 2013. Songs played include Tweeklank, Filmmuziek 1: Mechanical Motions and Canon 5: Super "Dis-Moi".

Dick Raaijmakers, who also recorded as Kid Baltan, was born September, 1 in 1930 in Maastricht. He studied piano at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.

1954 - 1960 Philips NV in the field of electro-acoustics.

1960 - 1962 Research assistant at the State University in Utrecht

1963 - 1966 worked in his own studio for electronic music in The Hague, together with Jan Boerman.

1966 - 1995 taught Contemporary and Electronic Music at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague.
