Pedro Agustín Beltrán Castro is a Colombian flautist, singer, composer, arranger and band leader, also nicknamed "Ramayá". He was born Febrary 15, 1930 in Patico, Bolívar. He soon moved to Baranquilla where he followed a long career till today, son of Miguel Beltrán, father of Ramiro Beltrán.
