Liquid Blue has been played on NTS shows including Brown Acid Trippin' w/ Lance Barresi of Permanent Records, with Henry Can't Drive first played on 7 December 2023.

Liquid Blue is an independent recording and touring act based in San Diego, California. Featuring Scott Stephens and the sensational BlueGirls trio, the seven-member act has performed in more than 100 countries on 7 continents a world record. The nomadic troop has performed over 1500 shows and has been featured on the covers of Entertainer Magazine, New Music Weekly and American Entertainment Magazine. Numerous Awards include "America's Best Dance Band" and "America's Best Independent Artist". The Chinese Government invited the band to perform at the kick-off concert for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The performance was seen by millions worldwide.

According to the Earth Passport Songfacts, the band takes its name from a popular form of LSD used in the 1960s, although "band" members "claim" to be opposed to drug use.

The Band & The BlueGirls: With four unique lead vocalists (male and female) Liquid Blue covers a-lot of ground. Backed by a solid, innovative and versatile band, the multi-talented BlueGirls are first class singers and dancers. Their extensive, all-original choreography combined with unprecedented youthful energy has brought attention world-wide. Current and past band members have included a World-Champion Surfer, a professional Roller Derby skater, a finalist on Chinese Idol, a hit songwriter for Beyonce, a BlueGirl signed by Clive Davis Sony Records and multiple hit songs on Billboard. Even with such notoriety, the most recognizable band member has to be "The Grovler", the band's guitar player, known for his top hat, blue beard and nasty guitar playing.

Recordings: Their critically acclaimed debut CD, "Supernova", is an exotic fusion of western rock melodies with ancient & modern eastern elements. Produced by David DeVore, (12 multi-platinum LP's) and mixed by (six-time Grammy winner) Joe Chiccarelli, it has been a top-ten seller at CD Baby and was featured on their bestsellers compilation. Tracks from this LP have been included on 25 compilations, The single "Real" was the #1 Indie Label song in the U.S. in 2005 with over 400 spins per week

Blue is Green!: Liquid Blue was officially designated a "Green Business" by the County of San Diego in 2009 and is the first 'certified green musical act' in the United States.
