The Jelly Bean Bandits (aka Jelly Bean Bandits) are a psychedelic rock/garage rock band from Newburgh, New York. They formed in the year 1966. They consisted of Billy Donald (vocals), Jack Dougherty (guitars), Michael "Mr. Addams" Raab (keyboards) and Joe "Laredo London" Scalfari (drums).
