Bionic Bump Band has been played on NTS shows including FOLD, with Used & Perused first played on 23 August 2023.

The Bionic Bump Band have been DJ’s and Producer’s for well over a decade, perfecting their blend of Chicago house with jacking electronic grooves and rattling beats alongside quirky cuts of digital disco with touches of funk, soul and techno plus strange electronic tweaks and twists and oddball vocals.

The Bionic Bump Band’s 3 members, (Metta, JTLove and Mr. Blurry) made their name on the underground house scene in the UK, playing at numerous parties all over the country. They have been writing, recording and producing music together for many years under various guises and also DJing together at all sorts of nightclubs, parties, and warehouses the world over .

-The Bionics came together after 2020 Vision label boss and Back to Basics resident Ralph Lawson hit upon the earlier records produced by Metta and JT and signed them to the label. Subsequently we were joined by Mr. Blurry (who had been producing with JT under the name Loop Druids). The Bionic Bump Band was formed!
